Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Bangla Medium Teacher Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will design, deliver, and evaluate professional development programs specifically tailored for high school and college educators in the Bangla Medium sector. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between traditional teaching methods and modern, interactive, and student-centered learning practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training modules focused on foundational teaching skills, classroom management, and student engagement.

• Conduct in-person and online workshops for Bangla Medium educators across various regions.

• Create practical lesson plans, assessment tools, and teaching resources that align with the national curriculum.

• Provide continuous mentorship and constructive feedback to participating teachers to ensure the practical application of training concepts.

• Collaborate with education experts to update training frameworks and integrate technology into traditional classrooms.

• Monitor training outcomes and prepare detailed impact evaluation reports for ongoing program improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s degree in Education, Pedagogy, or a relevant academic discipline.

• Minimum of 5 years of practical teaching experience within the Bangla Medium education system.

• Proven track record in facilitating teacher training, workshops, or professional educator development programs.

• Deep understanding of the national curriculum, student assessment strategies, and the specific challenges faced by Bangla Medium schools.

• Excellent communication, public speaking, and presentation skills in both Bengali and English.

Preferred Skills & Methodologies

• Familiarity with structured instructional design frameworks, such as the GEAR Learning Model or the AIPE Model.

• Practical experience applying Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques for state management and effective classroom management.

• Strong foundation in Competency-Based Training and Assessment (CBT&A) principles.

• Proficiency in adapting and integrating educational technology into low-resource environments.
