Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Special Education Teacher Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will design, deliver, and evaluate professional development programs specifically tailored for educators working with neurodivergent students and children with disabilities. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between traditional teaching methods and modern, inclusive, and highly individualized learning practices.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver comprehensive training modules focused on foundational special education skills, behavioral management, and student engagement.

Train educators on designing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that cater to diverse cognitive and physical needs.

Conduct in-person and online workshops across various regions, focusing on adapting the national curriculum for inclusive classrooms.

Create practical lesson plans, adaptive assessment tools, and teaching resources that promote accessibility.

Provide continuous mentorship and constructive feedback to participating teachers to ensure the practical application of inclusive teaching strategies.

Collaborate with professional therapists, behavioral psychologists, and education experts to update training frameworks.

Monitor training outcomes and prepare detailed impact evaluation reports for ongoing program improvement.
Qualifications & Experience

Master’s degree in Special Education, Educational Psychology, or a relevant academic discipline.

Minimum of 5 years of practical teaching experience within special education schools or inclusive educational settings in Bangladesh.

Proven track record in facilitating teacher training, workshops, or professional educator development programs.

Deep understanding of neurodiversity, including Autism Spectrum, ADHD, physical disabilities, and specialized learning requirements.

Excellent communication, public speaking, and presentation skills in both Bengali and English.
Preferred Skills & Methodologies

Familiarity with structured instructional design frameworks adapted for individualized learning.

Strong background in behavioral psychology, understanding subconscious patterns, and emotional regulation techniques for the classroom.

Practical experience in applying Competency-Based Training and Assessment (CBT&A) principles for specialized skill development.

Proficiency in integrating assistive educational technology and digital platforms to support diverse learning needs.
