Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic English Medium Teacher Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will design, deliver, and evaluate professional development programs specifically tailored for educators in the English Medium sector, including those teaching Cambridge and Edexcel curricula. You will play a pivotal role in promoting inquiry-based learning, critical thinking, and globally competitive educational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training modules aligned with international curricula, such as Cambridge Assessment International Education and Pearson Edexcel.

• Conduct in-person and online workshops focusing on advanced pedagogical strategies, effective classroom management, and active learning techniques.

• Train teachers on creating dynamic lesson plans and utilizing formative and summative assessment tools effectively.

• Provide continuous mentorship and constructive feedback to participating teachers to ensure the practical application of modern teaching methodologies.

• Collaborate with school administrators to identify specific training needs and customize professional development pathways.

• Monitor training outcomes and prepare detailed impact evaluation reports for ongoing program improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s degree in Education, English, or a relevant academic discipline.

• Minimum of 5 years of practical teaching experience within the English Medium education system, specifically at the O-Level and A-Level tiers.

• Proven track record in facilitating teacher training, workshops, or professional educator development programs.

• Deep understanding of international examination boards and modern, student-centered assessment rubrics.

• Exceptional communication, public speaking, and presentation skills in English.

Preferred Skills & Methodologies

• Familiarity with structured instructional design frameworks and inquiry-based learning models.

• Proficiency in integrating advanced educational technology and digital platforms into the classroom.

• Strong foundation in teaching 21st-century skills, including critical thinking, collaboration, and digital literacy.

• Experience with Competency-Based Training and Assessment principles.
